Refund policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, and order cancellations are handled.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must record a clear video while opening the package showing both the packaging and the product.

This video proof is required to verify the issue. Without the unboxing video, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.

Once verified, we will provide either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Process

After your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

In some cases, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • If the unboxing video proof is not provided for damaged items

  • If the request is made after the allowed time period
